Our People

Our educators are here to welcome your child into their first few learning years with the enthusiasm and passion that is essential when working with small children. We aim to create a learning environment that encompasses both indoor and outdoor activities and the use of all five senses.

Our staff attend monthly program meetings which are used as a basis for continuous improvement within each room. The cycle of observation, evaluation and planning helps staff to remain responsive to children’s needs. All of our staff also undertake regular updates to their training to ensure we continue to provide the best possible care for our children.

Years in childcare: 7

Qualifications: Diploma in Children’s Services

What makes you passionate about working in childcare? Being a part of learning through play based activities makes my job the best in the world. I get and give hugs all day and you wouldn’t get that in any other job!

What is the funniest or most memorable moment you can share from working in childcare? I was having a conversation with little mister who asked me what I was going to do when he went home. I explained that I would go home too. He was very confused as he thought I lived at the centre.

Why do you believe your centre is an excellent choice for parents seeking the best childcare? I believe that Aussie Kindies Ningi is the best choice for your children as we offer an environment which focuses on the agency of the child, meaning we look at and respect children as individuals acknowledging and encouraging their own unique strengths, and giving them opportunities to make their own decisions and form their own life.
